Show Notes

Welcome to the 3rd episode of our ‘Getting Started’ series. This week we’re joined by partner, Josh Curties to discuss how to identify your real break-even point to ensure your business is not just making sales but making profit right from the start.

Break-even is one of the most important things you need to know before you start your business. We discuss everything from managing your personal finances, working out how much you need to live on (including all those luxuries), how to minimise overheads (including debts), how to take seasonability into consideration to increasing your profit margins and deciding and increasing your price.

To make this even easier for you, we have a free break-even calculator tool available here https://www.a4g-llp.co.uk/articles/calculating-break-even-point or by emailing [email protected].
